Monthly Coaching Fee
The standard leadership coaching rate is based on either two or four sessions per month (not including initial). Each session is customized to meet your specific needs, whether it’s decision-making, transition navigation, vision refinement, or resolving leadership conflicts. For ongoing work, we will create a personalized plan based on your goals.
